This week, the Raiders become the last AFC West team to get a crack at the New York Jets. The others enjoyed getting a “W” at the expense of the hapless Jets just like every team New York has played this season.

Even the Raiders in 2014 only went 0-10. And that season, they had rookie Derek Carr as their excuse. These Jets have former third overall pick Sam Darnold in his third season, so no such excuses exist.
All indications are that Darnold’s days in New York are coming to a close. With their sights set on the No. 1 overall pick, they should have Trevor Lawrence jerseys already in boxes ready to ship. The Raiders hope to do their part to make the Jets’ top pick dreams a reality.

How to read NFL Las Vegas Odds
The point-spread was developed to provide a balance for both teams involved in a contest to entice bettors to potentially back the weaker team and receive points.
